• <H3> Let's say Dr. Feelgood's practice has 500 medicare patients ...In May, Dr. Feelgood met the "20 minute criteria" on 100 patients via CCMlifeCurrently the Medicare allowable is $42 per patient(80% allowable is $33.6 and the 20% secondary potentially allowable up to $9)
• <H3> Even if Dr. Feelgood didn't collect any of the secondary insurance, Medicare should pay about $3360 his particular practice for May chronic care management services.
• <H3> On June 5, CCMlife will be auto-charged by credit card $6 per completed patient i.e. $600 for May's successfully completed patients.
• <H3> Unlike other CCM modules/systems on the market, we don't charge for the other 400 patients that were eligible but Dr. Feelgood couldn't rally the troops enough that month.
• <H3> Therefore, that practice would still would potentially net ~$2900! (and that is without any secondary insurance collection) in for the 1 month of providing services to the Medicare eligible patients. Now Dr. Feelgood can show his appreciation to his staff for their hard work and dedication to helping his chronic care patients achieve much higher and tighter level of quality care.
